○ The tea grows slower but more firmly in winter. Under a large temperature difference between day and night the tea leafs grow in a much lower temperature. Compared to the general tea grown in winter, the tea is more durable for being brew many times without becoming bitter. The tea simply tastes sweet and smooth.
